Purdue University requires all F-1 international students, to participate in a University-sponsored medical insurance plan or to obtain an approved waiver of coverage.
The Spring 23-24 waiver deadline ended 02/01/2024 at 5 PM EST. The online waiver system can no longer accept new waiver requests.
