Purdue University requires all F-1 international students, to participate in a University-sponsored medical insurance plan or to obtain an approved waiver of coverage.
You will be able to apply for a waiver during the following enrollment periods:
Fall Semester: 07/01/2024 at 8AM ET - 09/03/2024 at 5PM ET
Spring/Summer Semester: 12/02/2024 at 8AM ET - 02/05/2025 at 5PM ET
The Spring/Summer 24-25 waiver deadline ended 02/05/2025 at 5PM ET. The online waiver system can no longer accept new waiver requests.
